How to find out how many pixels an image has

  1. Right-click the image file and select “Properties”
  2. Click the “Details” tab
  3. Look for the “Image” section

Mac

  1. Select the image file and press Command + “I” or Control-click (or right-click) and select “Get Info”
  2. Look for “Dimensions” under the “More Info” section

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Photos app and select the image
  2. Tap the “Share” icon in the bottom-left corner
  3. Swipe left on the bottom row and select “Show Image Information”

Android

  1. Open the Gallery app and select the image
  2. Tap the “Details” or “Info” icon (usually an “i” or a circle with an “i”)
